Reservation Terms and Conditions

When you confirm your reservation and submit payment for the rental property, you are acknowledging and accept the terms and conditions outlined in their entirety. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all occupants of the property comply with these terms and conditions during the rental period.

Damage Waiver
The Renter is advised to obtain a damage waiver.

Towels and Linens: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Black makeup towels are provided in the bathroom for the removal of these products. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the unit in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest at a fee of $50.00

No Parties Allowed: Parties or large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Property. A breach of this term will result in a minimum fine of $500.

No Loud Music after 10:00 pm: To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, we kindly ask our guests to refrain from playing loud music after 10 pm. Please respect our quiet hours and help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Pets Not Permitted unless Previously Approved: We understand that pets are a part of the family, and we welcome them on the Property with advanced approval. However, we kindly request that you notify us in advance and follow any additional guidelines and fees that may be required. Please note that unauthorized pets may be subject to a minimum fine of $200, so let’s work together to ensure that your furry friends are properly registered before your stay.

No Smoking / Vaping Permitted: For the well-being of our guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted within the Property. Please note that failure to adhere to this policy will result in a minimum fine of $200.

No Guests Allowed Without the Host’s Permission: We kindly request that all guests who are not included in the original reservation seek approval from the host in advance. Failure to do so may result in a minimum fine of $100. Our goal is to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, so we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Personal Property: We kindly request that our guests do not remove any furniture, bedding, kitchen equipment, or other personal property provided within the Property. These items are intended for your comfort and use within the Property.

Loss of or Damage to Property: We kindly ask our guests to be responsible for any damage caused to the Property or furnishings, beyond normal wear and tear. Should any items break, please notify us immediately. Failure to comply with this request may result in a minimum fine of $200.

Keeping the Property Clean and in Good Condition: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we ask our guests to help maintain the Property’s cleanliness and good condition. This includes washing dishes, cleaning counters after meal preparation, and proper disposal of trash during the rental period.

By confirming the reservation and making payment, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and you agree to adhere to them during your rental of the Property.
